They are seeking a System-on-Chip Design engineering student intern to design High-Performance Data Processing Unit Chiplets and Automotive Microcontrollers, contributing to all phases of the design lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Hands on development of submodule and chip level RTL

Contribute to the development of frontend design flows and methodology for improved efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Arch, Verification, Physical Design, etc) to resolve issues

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required

Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship

Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing

Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship
