Responsibilities
Design and build scalable network architectures in AWS/Azure environments
Lead the setup of VPCs, subnets, routing, transit gateways, and VPN/Direct Connect solutions
Collaborate with security teams to implement network segmentation, firewall policies, and traffic inspection
Troubleshoot complex networking issues across cloud and on-premises systems
Optimize network performance, monitoring, and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Support tool rationalization efforts tied to network monitoring and management
Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and corporate governance
Qualification
Required
7+ years of network engineering experience, including 3+ years in cloud networking
Deep expertise in AWS (VPC, TGW, NACLs, Direct Connect) and/or Azure equivalents
Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience with network security technologies (NGFWs, WAFs, IDS/IPS)
Strong understanding of BGP, IPsec VPNs, DNS, and load balancing
Preferred
Cloud certifications (AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Networking) preferred
