Commissions Analyst

Responsibilities
Handle the commission reporting processes for assigned group of insurance carriers
Transform and validate commission statements received from carriers
Reconcile carrier commissions with cash receipts
Assist with agent inquiries and other commission and finance-related inquiries
Assist in special projects for process improvement and enhanced analytics
Qualification
Required
4-year degree, Finance focus preferred
Previous work/internship experience, ideally in an office environment
Excel skills: Proven experience transforming and analyze large datasets using pivots, formulas (including lookups), sorting, filtering, etc
Technical skills: ability to learn a variety of website interfaces quickly
Professional judgement: the ability to reason and apply guidelines in a consistent, rational manner
Quality of work: strong desire to produce high-quality work with minimal errors
Integrity: perform all responsibilities with uncompromising integrity
