Responsibilities
Assisting with all stages of discovery
Drafting a wide variety of litigation documents
Serving as second chair during depositions and arguing motions, with a keen interest in developing trial advocacy skills
Handling a diverse range of business disputes and supporting the broader litigation team as needed, including in creditors' rights disputes
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, along with a strong undergraduate degree
Admission to the Connecticut Bar or eligibility to waive in
2-6 years of broad business litigation experience, including business contracts, franchise disputes, and a wide range of commercial real estate disputes
A highly motivated self-starter eager to engage in hands-on work and seeking long-term growth within the firm
Preferred
Candidates with deposition and motions experience are preferred; trial experience is advantageous but not required
