Responsibilities
Ensure permanent inventory accuracy by conducting both full and cycle inventory counts and timely reconciliation in the WMS
Complete warehouse operational requirements by planning, hiring, managing and coaching the warehouse workforce
Develop and implement the proper sets of metrics aiming to measure and continuously improve the performance of the warehouse
Perform Q&A inspection on goods received from vendors, including, but not limited to, confirmation of accurate paperwork
Prepare shipments out to customers, ensuring quantity and paperwork are correct
Resolve Quality Assurance issues as required
Confirm monthly that the Logistics guidelines and procedures are up-to-date
Monitor and order Logistics supplies, or submit requests as appropriate
Qualification
Required
HAZMAT certification
Management Experience

Must have strong work ethics
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, able to multitask
Task oriented and have proven ability to follow up to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
