Responsibilities

Own full cycle recruiting; successfully attract and close talent from start to finish for our brokerage positions, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance goals
Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and partnerships with schools and colleges
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
Develop and maintain pipelines of talent for key brokerage roles
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand and meet ongoing staffing needs
Track sourcing metrics, outreach results, and pipeline activity to measure recruiting effectiveness

Required

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviewing, and closing candidates
Demonstrated success in building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and innovative outreach strategies
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on commitments, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, collaborative relationships
Bachelor's degree required
