They are hiring two Electrical Engineers to design and develop electronics for next-generation Battery Management Systems (BMS) and supporting circuits, focusing on scalable, high-reliability solutions for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications.

Responsibilities
Design schematic and PCB layouts for BMS and related electronics (chargers, control circuits, protection circuits)
Develop scalable electronics to integrate with configurable battery packs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry specifications and safety standards
Support prototype bring-up, testing, and validation in lab environments
Contribute to design documentation and continuous improvement of processes
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of PCB design and circuit fundamentals
Experience with schematic capture and layout tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence)
Ability to design for reliability, protection, and manufacturability
Preferred
Familiarity with power electronics and battery systems is a plus
Exposure to aerospace, automotive, or oil & gas standards/specifications
