Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows/MacOS operating systems

Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

Set up new user accounts, email profiles, and access permissions

Perform system imaging, deployment, and configuration of new devices

Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation

Manage antivirus updates, security patches, and scheduled maintenance tasks

Provide remote and desk-side support with excellent customer service

Educate employees on best practices, security protocols, and software usage

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary

Ensure devices comply with company security and data protection policies

Support password resets, MFA setup, and identity management tools
