Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of joint venture tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage the detailed review process for approximately 1,000 K-1 forms for various investors
Assist with the preparation and calculation of quarterly tax estimates for partners
Update and maintain partner tax trackers and related documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in partnership taxation (Form 1065) and K-1 processing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
