LHH is partnering with a non-profit organization in Washington, DC to seek an Interim Deputy General Counsel. The role focuses on compliance and regulatory matters, supporting the legal leadership team, and handling contracts related to Super PAC and PAC.

Assists with supporting the legal leadership team
Focus on compliance and regulatory matters
Engage with politically affiliated entitites
Assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating Super PAC and PAC related contracts
Any other duties required of the role

Qualification

JDLicensed in DCC3C4 compliance experienceSuper PACPAC contractsNon-profit sector experiencePrivacyIP knowledgeLeadership skills

Required

JD and licensed to practice in DC
Must have experience in the non profit sector
Ability to work onsite in DC 2-3x a week
Strong C3 and C4 compliance experience
Experience with Super PAC and PAC related contracts
Knowledge of privacy and IP issues
Excellent leadership skills
