Responsibilities

Manage and track multiple live fundraising processes simultaneously, including timelines, deliverables, and investor communications

Coordinate preparation, version control, and distribution of marketing materials (PPMs, pitch decks, DDQs, data room materials)

Support investor relations efforts, including CRM updates, investor tracking, and reporting

Act as a liaison between senior sales professionals, investment teams, compliance, and external stakeholders

Maintain detailed project plans, task lists, and status updates for internal leadership

Assist with RFPs, investor due diligence requests, and follow-up materials

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal approval processes

Support ongoing improvement of internal project management and fundraising workflows
