Director of Sales And Business Development
LaTeam Partners is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Director of Sales and Business Development to lead the company's growth through high-level relationship building and partnership development. This role involves representing the company at industry events, managing strategic relationships, and collaborating with leadership to define business development strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead Lateam’s presence at major industry events across the U.S. and Latin America, representing the brand with authority and authenticity
Develop and manage strategic relationships with executives, investors, and organizational decision-makers that can evolve into client partnerships, alliances, or referral relationships
Identify and secure partnership opportunities with complementary companies, agencies, or organizations that align with Lateam’s growth objectives
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define business development priorities, partnership strategies, and target markets
Oversee a relationship pipeline, ensuring systematic follow-up and nurturing of leads from events and networking initiatives
Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to ensure alignment between event activity, lead generation, and conversion strategy
Evaluate and recommend new events and opportunities that strategically position Lateam among decision-makers and industry leaders
Represent Lateam’s mission and value proposition with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm in all public-facing interactions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, ideally within staffing, consulting, outsourcing, HR tech, or B2B professional services
Strong record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships and closing partnership or client agreements
High emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to read social dynamics, adapt communication styles, and foster trust quickly
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills
Deep understanding of relationship-driven sales and consultative business development
Proven ability to work autonomously and represent a company with professionalism in diverse environments
Comfortable with frequent domestic travel
