Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Social, and Content teams
Lead market research and growth analysis to identify acquisition and engagement opportunities across LATAM and US Hispanic audiences
Perform deep dives into acquisition, engagement, retention and funnel performance
Own reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews, providing clear insights and recommendations
Support growth strategy, experimentation, and campaign optimization
Qualification
Required
6–7 years of experience in growth marketing, consulting, or strategy
Exceptional writing skills (briefs, insights, narratives)
Market research experience (qualitative & quantitative)
Growth marketing experience with strong analytical depth
Strong ownership mindset with ability to deep dive into data
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Consulting experience preferred; past Amazon experience a plus
MBA preferred
Experience connecting brands to cultural or audience-specific experiences
No prior experience in Hispanic music required
