Responsibilities
Drive and scale programs that enhance customer engagement and retention
Design and optimize AI-supported handoff workflows for Sales and Customer Success
Lead improvements in forecasting accuracy and renewal workflows
Map and enhance workflows across the customer lifecycle to improve outcomes
Serve as the operational and technical owner for customer success systems
Develop rollout plans and training for new tools and processes
Monitor industry trends and suggest operational improvements
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Customer Success operations or revenue operations
Strong understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, including adoption and renewals
Proven ability to optimize processes and create scalable frameworks
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various customer journey stakeholders
Demonstrated success in managing customer success initiatives and workflows
Proficiency in data analysis for performance assessment and decision-making
Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams
