Learning and Development Partner
AllianceHCM is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to help build and scale the learning infrastructure that supports their people, processes, and growth. This role involves designing impactful learning programs, creating content, facilitating training, and reinforcing skills that drive measurable performance.
Responsibilities
Build and deliver onboarding, payroll, system, and leadership training
Create clear, practical learning tools (job aids, SOPs, process maps)
Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions
Partner with Operations to standardize and improve workflows
Design scalable learning programs, certifications, and career paths
Track learning effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or similar roles
Experience in SaaS, payroll, or HR tech environments
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program execution skills
Ability to connect learning to performance and business results
Bachelor's degree required in Learning & Development, Education or Adult Learning, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Preferred
Advanced degree or certifications in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or Human Resources
