Responsibilities
Participate in client and prospect meetings to present technical capabilities and answer solution-focused questions
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demos aligned to client needs
Customize existing AI/ML solutions to showcase value in early client engagements
Provide technical expertise during proposals, RFPs, and solution pitches
Continuously explore emerging AI/ML and Agentic AI frameworks and incorporate them into GTM efforts
Represent the organization as a subject-matter expert in discussions with prospective clients
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, data engineering, or software development
Strong experience customizing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
Proven ability to work with clients in pre-sales, GTM, or solutioning contexts
Hands-on expertise with agentic AI, GenAI, and ML frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow)
Strong programming skills in Python (plus Node.js/JavaScript/React for solution customization)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
An advanced degree (master's or Ph.D.) in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or a related field
