Responsibilities

Assemble, install, and route electrical harnesses, wires, and avionics components for F-16 aircraft forward sections
Perform continuity testing, functional system checks, soldering, and cable termination
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems as assigned
Support general mechanical installs, inspections, and testing along the F-16 production line
Operate and utilize tools such as OHM meters, crimpers, soldering tools, wire-routing tools, and related avionics equipment
Document test results and report findings following standard procedures
Interpret and work from schematics, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions
Work safely in a production hangar environment and follow all workplace and aircraft safety procedures
Support shift flexibility—must be available for 1st or 2nd shift once training is complete

Required

Proven experience with aircraft wire routing
Electrical harness installation
Harness build-up
Cable/wire termination & crimping
Soldering for aircraft or avionics applications
Ability to perform continuity checks and operational testing
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions
Must be able to work Monday–Thursday on either shift (assigned after training): 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Must be able to work effectively in a production environment
Must be able to start on February 9, 2026—no exceptions

Preferred

Experience working on the F-16 platform or other fighter aircraft
Previous experience in an aircraft production environment
Ability to assist with general mechanical installs and inspections
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for avionics systems
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
