Prepare and analyze monthly revenue entries and allocations

Manage check distribution for 1,000+ wells

Ensure accuracy of owner decks and revenue accruals

Utilize Quorum for revenue processing and reporting

Identify and implement process improvements

Review and interpret contracts and agreements

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Resolve complex owner inquiries and discrepancies

Provide mentorship to junior staff

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
