Prepare construction documents, including foundation plans, framing plans, sections, and details based on engineered sketches and company design standards
Maintain company drafting standards and participate in the quality assurance of completed work
Coordinate structural drawings with multiple discipline-specific project team members
Occasionally assist engineers with field measuring and inspections
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent in drafting and design, architecture, or engineering from an accredited college or university
Seven years (minimum) of relevant experience in drafting low and mid-rise buildings
Work individually or in a team under the guidance of a supervisor in an office environment
Prepare construction documents, including foundation plans, framing plans, sections, and details based on engineered sketches and company design standards
Maintain company drafting standards and participate in the quality assurance of completed work
Coordinate structural drawings with multiple discipline-specific project team members
Occasionally assist engineers with field measuring and inspections
Preferred
Autodesk Revit Certifications are not required but preferred
