The role requires managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work, with a focus on renewable energy transactions and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities
Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work (M&A, project development and commercial agreements)
Experience with renewable energy transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, build transfer agreements, commercial agreements such as PPAs, O&M Agreements, Shared Facilities Agreements, and procurement contracts for equipment and materials)
Experience with engineering, procurement and construction contracts for renewable energy generating facilities is advantageous but not a requirement
Experience with financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous but not a requirement
Experience in oil and gas is plus, but not a requirement
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility
Qualification
Required
At least three to seven years of experience
Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work (M&A, project development and commercial agreements)
Experience with renewable energy transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, build transfer agreements, commercial agreements such as PPAs, O&M Agreements, Shared Facilities Agreements, and procurement contracts for equipment and materials)
