Responsibilities

Define and lead the creative vision, design strategy, and aesthetic direction across athleisure categories

Oversee product design from concept through commercialization, including color, fabric, silhouette, and fit

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing design organization

Drive innovation in materials, construction, sustainability, and performance features

Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, and Production to align design with cost, margin, and timeline goals

Oversee seasonal line architecture and ensure cohesive, market-relevant assortments

Support key customer presentations and seasonal storytelling

Manage the design budget, product calendars, and development milestones

Leverage trend research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to guide category growth
