They are seeking a detail-oriented, compliance-focused Remote Notary to ensure accurate, secure, and timely notarization of timeshare and real estate documents, supporting seamless contract closings and owner onboarding.

Responsibilities
Perform remote online notarizations (RON) for sales contracts, deeds, affidavits, and ownership documentation with accuracy and professionalism
Verify signer identity and ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and properly executed. Maintain electronic journals, logs, and recording information in alignment with state statutes and RON requirements
Collaborate with Title Processors and Deed Services to confirm documents are ready for notarization and correct any issues
Assist with re-signings, corrections, and follow-up documentation to ensure smooth closings
Provide an exceptional owner experience by clearly communicating requirements, technology needs, and signing procedures
Coordinate notarization scheduling with Sales, Inventory, and Contract Services teams
Safeguard confidentiality, personal information, and documentation integrity throughout all processes
Support process improvements, audits, quality reviews, and operational best practices
Qualification
Required
Active Notary Public Commission in a state permitting Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Strong knowledge of contract execution, deed processing, and document chain-of-custody requirements
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle scheduling
Preferred
1–3 years of experience notarizing timeshare, real estate, deed, or mortgage documents (strongly preferred)
Experience using DocuSign, Notarize, BlueNotary, SignPost, or comparable RON platforms
Experience with Salesforce preferred
