Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for Epicor Kinetic , acting as a key point of contact for ERP-related needs
Analyze and improve business processes through configuration, reporting, and system enhancements
Manage workflows, user roles, security settings, and business logic within Epicor Kinetic
Translate business requirements into ERP solutions by partnering with end users and technical teams
Assist with ERP upgrades, documentation, and end-user training initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (Epicor 10+) in a production environment
Strong knowledge of ERP functionality across modules such as Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance
Proficient in SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
Background in business analysis or ERP system administration within manufacturing or distribution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
Preferred
Familiarity with ITSM tools or ITIL methodology is a plus
