Responsibilities
Support development, verification, and validation of safety-critical flight and ground software
Identify, document, and mitigate risks, hazards, anomalies, and failure modes in software systems
Contribute to hazard analyses, fault management design, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
Participate in software design reviews, safety assessments, and flight readiness reviews
Communicate technical risks and progress to management and cross-discipline teams
Qualification
Required
Experience with flight software systems, avionics integration, or crewed spacecraft operations
Knowledge of software reliability, human-rating compliance, and safety assurance standards
Proficiency in performing hazard analyses and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Ability to work in an Agile environment supporting iterative development and integration
Strong technical communication skills for reporting findings to Integrated Product Teams
