General Manager, Sales Operations Manager
NearU is a people-centric, process-driven, and technology-enabled customer service platform dedicated to transforming the home services industry. They are seeking experienced General Managers and Regional Operations Leaders to drive profitability, operational excellence, and team development across multiple locations.
Customer Service
Responsibilities
Full P&L ownership and operational performance across one or more locations
Driving sales growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA performance
Implementing standardized, scalable processes to support organic and inorganic growth
Leading change initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and quality metrics
Developing strong leadership benches and succession plans
Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Shared Services teams
Sharing best practices and insights across NearU markets
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive leadership experience; multi-site operations preferred
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and improve operational performance
Experience with P&L management and KPI-driven execution
Proven success leading service-based or field operations organizations
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
Ability to build followership and influence across direct and matrixed teams
Results-oriented, hands-on leadership style with high accountability
Experience scaling teams, processes, and performance in fast-paced environments
Executive presence with strong communication and change leadership skills
Demonstrated management experience leading high-performing sales teams
Strong background in business development with a track record of expanding client portfolios
Expertise in technical or product-specific sales requiring detailed product knowledge and negotiation skills
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly
Exceptional leadership abilities combined with strong communication skills for effective team management and client interactions
Preferred
HVAC, home services, or adjacent industries preferred but not required
Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
Prior experience in account management, negotiation, marketing collaboration, and customer service is highly desirable
