Responsibilities
Represent charity partners at approved community venues, retail locations, and pop-up campaign sites
Deliver clear, confident explanations of each charity’s mission, values, and current initiatives, engaging members of the public in structured conversations that lead to supporter sign-ups
Learn how to manage daily targets, track engagement results, and adapt your approach in real time
Support campaign execution, including setup, presentation standards, and brand consistency
Develop practical skills across sales & marketing, with a strong emphasis on live customer engagement and measurable performance
Begin taking on campaign leadership responsibilities based on consistency, reliability, and results
Qualification
Required
Graduate degree
Desire for real responsibility early on
