Responsibilities

Enter daily purchase orders and/or releases as directed by the buyers
Process requisitions as entered by other plant personnel
Pull usage data for buyers as needed for quotes or inventory analysis
Follow-up on orders to expedite delivery and shipment when required
Obtain certifications of delivery and shipment when required
Check and approve for payment invoices for orders placed when required
Develop and maintain necessary records and files for efficient operation

Required

Associate's degree in business administration (or equivalent)
0-2 years related experience
Basic accounting skills
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Excel experience
Power BI experience
Experience in both verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
