Human Resources Manager
LHH is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Manager with strong construction industry experience. The ideal candidate will support all HR functions, payroll processing, employee relations, and policy development, while providing strategic guidance to management.

Responsibilities
Process payroll and certified payroll; report CCIP/OCIP hours to general contractors
Attract, hire, and onboard new employees
Maintain and update employee records and the employee handbook for compliance
Manage worker’s compensation claims, including reporting to OSHA when necessary
Address employee complaints, conflicts, and assist with performance evaluations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs
Administer company benefits (401k, health, life insurance, ESOP) and assist employees with enrollment and updates
Support management with payroll, employee census data, and reporting
Represent the company at job fairs, training seminars, and other events as needed
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong knowledge of the construction industry
Payroll processing experience (Paylocity experience preferred)
Experience with benefits administration (health, 401k, ESOP)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
