HYBRID Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls. The role involves following scripts, documenting calls, and providing excellent customer service while being fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities
Handling large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center “script” when handling calls
Document and update consumer call records in database
Qualification
Required
1 year of customer service experience
data entry experience
Fluent in Spanish
Preferred
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
Consumer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
