Business Architect

Responsibilities
Lead strategic visioning and workshops, including vision mapping, customer journeys, and strategic roadmaps
Translate business requirements, align stakeholders, and work with team members to develop system features
Conduct in-depth analysis of a company’s current processes, system, data and operations for areas of improvement by working with business leaders and subject matter experts
Create documentation out of strategic sessions that will guide the future vision per the business value drivers
Understand the Salesforce.com platform and its dependencies at a deep level, as demonstrated through both experience and certifications
Manage stakeholder expectations while understanding dependencies across departments
Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations with data and automation
Guide and mentor more junior members of the B.A. team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technology field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, and MIS) or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
8+ years of experience delivering consulting services to medium and large enterprises. Implementations must have included a combination of the following experience
Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs while translating those into technology and operational requirements
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional workshops of 10 - 50 people (including executive-level teams) for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering
Experience architecting multi-cloud and multi-system solutions, and the ability to create landscape diagrams and use cases
Expertise in the majority of the following areas is required: Salesforce.com solutions (including certifications). At a minimum, a demonstrated expertise of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required
Knowledge of Tableau or CRM Analytics and how they work with Salesforce to surface insights
Experience working with Lucid Chart and Lucid Spark
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office, travel up to 25%
