Assistant Brand Manager

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will contribute to the marketing strategy and lead projects focused on consumer communications and product innovation.

Responsibilities
Participates in the development of marketing plans and contribute to objectives, strategies, and tactics that will push new products & programs to market
Lead cross-functional and agency teams through strategy, development, and execution of communications for target audience (including print/collateral/digital/etc.)
Develop strategy and executing for multi-audience eCRM communications
Analyze partnerships & programs to maximize effectiveness/efficiency and make on-going recommendations for improvements
Create effective presentations and be able to influence across key stakeholders
Conduct market research to help inform business and brand decisions
Assist in managing budgets as well as other analytical assessments such as share, sales, and P&L performance for the brand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
4+ years of business experience working in a professional environment, with 2+ of those years in any of the following areas: brand marketing, sales or marketing strategy, self-employed entrepreneur or business analytics
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience connecting the dots between data points and drawing conclusions/recommendations from syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, PowerBI etc.) to drive new business initiatives and project success highly preferred
