Focus on prototype and new product introduction for medical devices
Utilize hands-on CNC programming or similar machine programming
Support early-stage customer opportunities as part of the prototype group
Design and define manufacturing processes for new medical device programs
Evaluate customer designs to develop comprehensive manufacturing strategies
Determine throughput, cycle times, scalability, and production capacity
Build cost models and conduct manufacturing feasibility assessments
Act as the technical liaison between sales, engineering, and manufacturing
Prioritize speed, efficiency, and manufacturability over sustaining production engineering
