Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 9+ years or Master's degree with 7+ years or Doctoral degree with 3+ years of experience
Experience in operational improvement, design thinking, and change management within complex organizations
Background in research, technical assistance, or mission-driven environments
Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into practical tools and processes
Expertise in design thinking or human-centered design
