Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative tasks
Prepare, track, and organize project documents including submittals, RFIs, contracts, and change orders
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to gather information, follow up on requirements, and ensure timely responses
Maintain updated project logs, schedules, spreadsheets, and documentation systems
Support field operations by coordinating information flow between the project team and onsite personnel
Prepare and assemble project binders, reports, and supporting documents
Assist with procurement tasks such as obtaining pricing and preparing purchase orders
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
Ensure all project files are organized and compliant with company standards
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred
Previous project or construction experience preferred but not required; open to recent graduates eager to learn
