Responsibilities
Run 14–30 day POC engagements
Own the technical close of six- and seven-figure opportunities
Build and run demos that expose system issues
Deliver customer workshops on resilience and correctness
Work closely with Account Executives to shape solution fit
Support onboarding and early adoption
Qualification
Required
Background in software engineering, systems, or SRE
Experience with Python, C++, scripting languages (Rust/Nix a plus)
Comfortable communicating with both technical and executive audiences
Able to move quickly within short sales cycles
Hands-on coding experience (for Solution Engineer)
Technical literacy + strong customer presence (for Solutions Consultant)
