They are seeking an Executive Vice President to lead a regional team of investment sales advisors, drive investment transactions, and mentor team members while leveraging their proprietary platform for success.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow a regional team of investment sales advisors
Drive full-cycle investment sales transactions for your own pipeline and team’s pipeline
Leverage AI tools and data to qualify leads, analyze deals, and present offerings
Engage institutional and private equity investors across Multifamily, Industrial, and Retail sectors
Represent pre-underwritten listings from company channels or team-sourced opportunities
Collaborate with centralized underwriting, marketing, and transaction services
Mentor and develop team members to increase production and market share
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or investment sales
Primary background in Multifamily, Industrial, or Retail
Proven track record of closing investment transactions and growing client relationships
Active real estate license
Demonstrated leadership experience or strong desire to build and lead teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to expand production and territory reach
Preferred
Existing client relationships or transaction pipeline a plus
