EPIC Consultant

Responsibilities
Daily MyChart technical support and incident resolution
Lead communication of proper workflows; publish concise how‑to documentation for operational leaders and front‑line staff
Maintain organized documentation of work; cross‑train other analysts
Leverage Epic Patient Experience features to improve service quality
Experience pulling report data for troubleshooting
EVisit / Physician‑Initiated Medical Advice — continue rollout and finalize training materials in January
MyChart upgrades, error handling, and administrative utilities
MyChart Central — ongoing troubleshooting and support for PRC/MyChart Customer Service Team
MyChart 2FA — continued troubleshooting and support for PRC/MyChart Customer Service Team
MyChart Builder — new initiative with Marketing
MyChart result‑release configuration (safety and timeliness)
Telemedicine — Video Visit support and enhancement
Telemedicine — integrated interpreters via Language Line for video visits
Group Documentation — build and implementation
Care Companion — configuration for Bariatrics
Qualification
Required
Deep MyChart and Ambulatory expertise
Technical background
Strong background with Demos and communications in C-Suite
Ability to describe issues in 'layman's' terms
Self-starter who can multitask and learn quickly
Ability to take ownership
Experience pulling report data for troubleshooting
Daily MyChart technical support and incident resolution
Lead communication of proper workflows
