Responsibilities
You will be coaching individuals to their personal career goals and challenges, and facilitating sessions designed to help individuals overcome and achieve at all levels, from entry level through Senior VP and Managing Directors!
You'll have the opportunity to aid the strategic growth of OJ via data analysis to provide insight to the executive leadership team to support them with more informed decision making
You'll conduct initial classroom-style introduction to recruiters of all levels entering our business
60% of the time is 1 on 1 coaching, 30% of time is data analysis, insights, stakeholder management, and 10% is typical classroom-style learning
You'll have support from a global team that meets once a month for an open forum on how to improve processes and discuss challenges or be part of a group coaching session
This department also has a quarterly meeting with CEO Oliver Castle and COO Tim Dale to talk about what they’re observing and how they're impacting the culture of learners in our business
Qualification
Required
4+ years as a full desk/360 agency recruiter
Prior agency recruitment experience
Strong foundation in recruitment
Solid business mind
Gravitas to challenge internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
High conversational dexterity
Ability to build long term relationships
