Qualification
Required
4+ years agency-side technical recruiting with proven success (quantifiable metrics a must)
Strong grasp of tech roles (cloud engineers, security analysts, developers, project managers, etc.)
Curiosity for AI/recruiting tech, tenacity, and excellent communication
Experience with ATS tools; resilient and detail-oriented
