Responsibilities
Partner with the corporate development team to evaluate acquisition targets
Build and refine financial models, forecasts, and pro formas
Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics for potential deals
Prepare clear reports and presentations for executive leadership
Support due diligence and integration planning for new acquisitions
Work across accounting, finance, and operations to ensure smooth post-acquisition transitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
Strong Excel and financial modeling abilities
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA-eligible
