Responsibilities
Design product packaging across multiple product categories for new releases and refreshing existing packaging designs
Create seasonal gift boxes and limited-edition packaging for gifting
Design retail / POP displays for countertop, floor, signage, end caps, etc
Design shipping inserts and DTC packaging like postcards, bubble mailers, etc
Prepare print-ready files using vendor dielines
Collaborate directly with packaging and print vendors
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams for design execution
Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints and assist with brand guideline evolutions
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of product packaging/print/ brand design experience
Retail packaging & display experience (mass retail, specialty retail)
Strong portfolio showing packaging + retail displays
Expert-level Adobe Illustrator (print workflows)
Experience working with dielines and print vendors
Deep understanding of print production (CMYK, Pantone, bleeds, finishes)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
High attention to detail for print accuracy and design direction
Interest in developing products with sustainable packaging
