They are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Estimator to prepare estimates for HVAC projects, collaborate with various teams, and ensure projects are completed on budget and on track.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely estimates for Design/Build & Plan/Spec commercial HVAC projects
Calculate AC & heat loads, ventilation (fans & louvers), frost protection heaters, and ductwork sizing
Collaborate with project managers, CAD designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure every estimate is precise and competitive
Participate in design and project meetings, providing expertise to both internal teams and general contractors
Review construction documents, analyze risks, and prepare bids & proposals that keep projects on budget and on track
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in Commercial HVAC Design/Build estimating
Proven history of successfully bidding $15M–$20M annually
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction methods
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you work well with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
