Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – MSP
Bowman Williams is a growing Managed Services Provider in NYC looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer who enjoys solving real problems and working with a variety of clients. The role involves handling Tier 2 escalations, troubleshooting Windows environments, and supporting Microsoft 365 across multiple client environments.

Responsibilities
Handle Tier 2 escalations from the helpdesk (servers, networking, M365, security)
Troubleshoot Windows environments, Active Directory, and core infrastructure issues
Support and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Azure AD, Intune basics)
Work across multiple client environments (law firms, professional services, SMBs)
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, projects, and documentation
Occasionally go onsite for client support and project work
Qualification
Required
MSP experience is a must have requirement
2–4+ years of IT support experience (Tier 2 or strong Tier 1 moving up)
Solid experience with Windows Servers & Active Directory
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Solid experience with basic networking (firewalls, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi)
Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication skills
Someone who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
