Responsibilities
Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, etc
Develop and manage construction documents through the permitting process
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using AutoCAD
Coordinate construction administrative services during construction
Qualification
Required
Collaboratively draft, develop and manage architectural documentation
Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications
Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, etc
Develop and manage construction documents through the permitting process
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using AutoCAD
Coordinate construction administrative services during construction
Preferred
4+ years experience in AutoCad or Revit
proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft
Recent graduates in Architecture encouraged
