Responsibilities
Performance Management : Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counseling, and career development support
Employee Relations : Manage employee relations matters, offering guidance on resolving workplace issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Recruitment Support : Assist in recruitment activities, including resume screening and participating in interviews to select suitable candidates
HR Initiatives : Collaborate with managers to implement HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to mitigate risks for the organization
Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics, fostering understanding and compliance with HR practices
Data Management : Work with HR administrators to maintain accurate HR data and identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-years experience in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of employment law
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus
