Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination

Manage high-volume email correspondence with professionalism, discretion, and timely follow-up

Arrange and manage domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries

Travel frequently with the CEO to meetings, conferences, and business locations

Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other executive materials as needed

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sound judgment

Support executive office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and continuity across multiple companies
