Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned verticals/territories
Generate leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Meet or exceed annual sales targets for order intake and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Sell SIG's core product Sigrid with optional services like IT due diligence
Maintain a detailed customer and prospect database in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to advance deals and create compelling client propositions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their software development roadmaps

Required

5+ years of B2B software and/or tech services sales experience, with a proven track record as a hunter
Demonstrated success in closing new logos and rapidly moving to the next opportunity
Expert-level understanding and application of the challenger sale methodology (or equivalent)
Strong ability to disrupt customer thinking and deliver commercial teaching pitches
Excellent prospecting skills with a talent for opening doors and creating opportunities
Proven experience in technology and manufacturing verticals
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in articulating complex value propositions
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
Resilient and persistent in the face of objections and setbacks
Analytical mindset to understand and leverage customer insights
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
