Confidential company is seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join their team in a prestigious high-rise condominium located in West Palm Beach. This role involves leading the maintenance team, performing hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks throughout the property
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
Maintain common areas, amenities, and equipment to the highest standards
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies
Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and management

Required

Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role (high-rise or luxury property experience preferred)

Proficient in a variety of repair skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions quickly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for emergencies
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

Preferred
