Contact potential clients to expand their own customer base
Interview prospective clients to get information about their financial situation and discuss existing coverage
Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs
Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies
Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients needs
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual - English/Spanish required
Experience with managing customer relationships
Experience with CRM systems
Entrepreneurial spirit
Problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated with a hands-on, self-starter approach
Excellent time management abilities
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
