Responsibilities
Monitor enterprise systems and networks using tools such as LogicMonitor, Moogsoft, and SolarWinds to ensure continuous availability
Respond to alerts and alarms, troubleshoot issues, and escalate incidents as needed
Identify trends and analyze network performance to proactively address potential issues
Create and manage tickets in a service management application; monitor and maintain ticket queues
Collaborate with internal ISD teams and external vendors to resolve outages or performance degradation
Contact global vendors and service providers for joint troubleshooting and service restoration
Maintain, configure, and perform preventative maintenance on network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
Update and document technical procedures for operational consistency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to work in US
Basic knowledge of enterprise systems and networking concepts
Familiarity with LAN/WAN topologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., T1, T3, Metro Ethernet, TCP/IP, BGP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with service management tools for incident tracking and resolution
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
CCNA or CCNP certifications
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, including installation and configuration
Advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge of technical interrelationships between hardware, software, and network systems
